IRVINE, Calif. — Sabra Health Care REIT Inc. (NASDAQ: SBRA) has appointed Lynne Katzmann to its board of directors.
Katzmann’s appointment follows the decision of Irvine-based Sabra’s decision to expand the size of the board from eight to nine members.
Katzmann is the founder, president and CEO of Juniper Communities, a New Jersey-based seniors housing developer and operator. She earned a Ph.D. in economics from the London School of Economics and founded Juniper at the age of 32.
