BARTLETT, Tenn. — Berkadia has brokered the sale of a 67-unit assisted living community located in Bartlett, roughly 15 miles northeast of downtown Memphis.
Built in 2016, the property, Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett, features 65 one-bedroom and two two-bedroom residences. The community was 95 percent occupied at the time of sale. Amenities at the property include private dining spaces, a bistro, beauty salon, fitness center, library, sunroom, lounges, and outdoor patio and garden areas.
An affiliate of Allegro Living will continue to operate Hearthside Senior Living Bartlett on behalf of the new ownership.
Ross Sanders, Dava Fasano, Cody Tremper and Mike Garbers of Berkadia brokered the sale on behalf of the undisclosed seller.
