MELBOURNE, Fla. — Dominium, a Minneapolis-based apartment owner, developer and manager, will hold a grand re-opening on June 4 for Crane Creek, a seniors housing community in Melbourne.
Dominium recently completed an $8 million renovation project at the 127-unit property. Units were upgraded with new HVAC integration, while new amenity spaces include a fitness center and renovated communal spaces.
Upgrades were also made to the enclosed pool area, along with electronic deadbolts and a new pergola and grilling area.
