Capitol Seniors Housing Opens $27.2M Community in Gambrills, Maryland

GAMBRILLS, Md. — Capitol Seniors Housing has opened Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel, an assisted living and memory care community in Gambrills, located south of Baltimore and northeast of Washington, D.C.

The $27.2 million, 72,140-square-foot community features 84 residential suites. The Arbor Company is the operator.

Arbor Terrace Waugh Chapel is immediately adjacent to the 79-acre Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, which includes notable tenants such as Wegmans, Target, Dicks and an AMC IMAX theatre. Waugh Chapel Towne Centre also includes numerous restaurants, fashion, home furnishings, and other specialty shops.

Moseley Architects of Annandale, Va., designed the building while Dallas-based Faulkner Design Group designed the interiors.
