Blueprint Arranges Sale of Three Skilled Nursing Facilities in the Southeast

HAMPTON ROADS, Va. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of a three-property skilled nursing portfolio located in the Hampton Roads metro area and just over the state border in Currituck County, North Carolina.

The portfolio totals 429 beds and was built in the late 1980s. The regional, nonprofit seller considered the assets to be non-core, and marketed them as a value-add opportunity.

Another regional operator with an established capital relationship acquired the properties for an undisclosed price.
