PORTLAND, Ore. — National multifamily developer Alliance Residential Co. has unveiled plans for Holden Pearl District, a 226-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community.
The community will be located within Portland’s thriving Pearl District, a hotbed of boutiques and restaurants just north of the city’s downtown. The project is scheduled for completion in winter 2022.
“We are thrilled to announce entry into the high-barrier-to-entry market of Portland — hand selected as a growth opportunity for Alliance Residential,” says Jeremiah Jolicoeur, managing director of the Pacific Northwest for Alliance Residential.
Architecture firm Ankrom Moisan has completed the design for the community. Alliance is steadily increasing its presence in the seniors housing market, and this is the company’s first senior living project in Portland.
