ALEXANDRIA, Va. — Argentum has elected five new directors to serve on the Argentum Board of Directors. Each assumed their official roles on the board as of June 3.
New directors include: Cindy Baier, president and CEO, Brookdale; Jack Callison, CEO, Sunrise Senior Living; Tana Gall, president, Merrill Gardens; Mary Ellen Pisanelli, senior vice president, legal and administration, Welltower Inc.; and Aaron Webb, CEO, CHI Living Communities.
“These welcome additions to the board bring experience and knowledge that will help provide valuable direction,” says Pat Mulloy, Argentum Board of Directors chairman. “The entire Argentum board is committed to advancing senior living as the industry faces times of challenge as well as innovation and opportunity.”
Retiring from the board were: John Moore, chairman and CEO, Atria Senior Living (May 2016 to June 2021); Mary Sue Patchett, executive vice president, Brookdale (May 2018 to June 2021); and Bill Pettit, president and COO, R.D. Merrill Company (May 2016 to June 2021).
Based in Alexandria, Argentum is a national association exclusively dedicated to supporting companies operating professionally managed, resident-centered senior living communities and the older adults and families they serve.
