DALLAS — Capital Senior Living Corp. (NYSE: CSU), one of the country’s largest operators of senior living communities, has hired Brett Lee as executive vice president and chief operating officer (COO). Lee replaces Keith Johannessen, who passed away in December.
NEW YORK CITY — Greystone, a real estate lending, investment and advisory company, has provided a $29 million HUD-insured permanent loan for Sapphire Center for Rehab & Nursing of Central Queens, a skilled nursing facility in the Flushing area of Queens.
SEATTLE — Technology investor Silver Lake and equity firm General Atlantic have agreed to acquire A Place For Mom, a Seattle-based seniors housing referral service. The seller is the company’s current main investor, Warburg Pincus. The price was not disclosed.
