ORONO, Maine — Chicago Pacific Founders (CPF) and its subsidiaries CPF Living Communities and Grace Management Inc. have acquired Dirigo Pines, a 163-unit seniors housing community in the Bangor suburb of Orono, for an undisclosed sum.

SAN CLEMENTE, Calif. — CareTrust REIT Inc. (NASDAQ: CTRE) has expanded its revolving credit facility from $300 million to $400 million, while simultaneously entering into a new $100 million, seven-year, non-amortizing unsecured term loan.
DALLAS — LTC Properties Inc. (NYSE: LTC), a healthcare REIT based in California, has acquired a skilled nursing facility in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for $16 million. The name of the facility was not disclosed.
WOODBURN, Ore. — Radiant Senior Living, a Portland-based owner/operator, has purchased Emerald Gardens of Woodburn, a 44-unit assisted living and memory care facility approximately 30 miles south of Portland, for $6 million.
