CLEARWATER, Fla. — A partnership between Autumn Senior Living and Small Brothers LLC has unveiled plans for Aravilla Clearwater, a 170,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community in Clearwater, a coastal suburb of Tampa.
Construction will occur in two phases. The first phase, scheduled for completion in summer 2020, will be a two-story, 65,000-square-foot, 84-unit memory care building. This phase will also include associated shared service and common spaces, as well parking areas and nearly eight acres of site development.
The second phase of the project will be a three-story, 105,000-square-foot assisted living facility with a connection to the memory care community.
Cleveland Construction Inc., a sister company of Small Brothers, is the construction manager for the project. The community’s architect is Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects Inc. Autumn Senior Living will be the operator.
Site clearing is currently underway for phase one, for a scheduled groundbreaking in August.
