PHOENIX — Church of the Beatitudes has broken ground on a patio home expansion at Beatitudes Campus, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Phoenix.
The project will add 34 patio homes to the 27-acre community. The expansion is part of a larger master plan to enhance and expand the campus.
Orcutt Winslow architectural firm of Phoenix is overseeing the project’s design. The company specializes in sustainable design and has managed a variety of projects, from healthcare and higher education to religious and governmental.
Currently, more than 70 percent of the patio homes are reserved.
