NEW YORK CITY — Berkadia, a New York-based financial services firm, has hired Brittany Robinson as senior director and Brooks Minford as associate director for the company’s Seniors Housing & Healthcare team.
Robinson joins the mortgage banking team, reporting into Heidi Brunet, and will be based in Cincinnati. Minford joins the investment sales team and will report to Tim Cobb in the firm’s Washington, D.C. metro office.
Robinson joins Berkadia from giant REIT Welltower, one of the largest owners of seniors housing in the country. She was responsible for business development initiatives, managing relationships with Welltower’s top operating partners, and evaluating over $5 billion in investment opportunities.
Robinson earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Miami University.
Prior to Berkadia, Minford was a member of Marcus & Millichap’s seniors housing group. He has been involved in the underwriting, marketing and execution of more than $250 million worth of seniors housing facilities across the United States.
Minford earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from High Point University.
