GREENVILLE, S.C. — Cardinal Ventures Inc., together with Blake Management Group, has unveiled plans for The Blake at Hollingsworth Park, a resort-style senior living community in Greenville.
Cardinal Ventures is developing the 88,000-square-foot assisted living and memory care community, which Blake will operate upon completion.
The assisted living options include two-bedroom suites, one-bedroom suites and studios. The memory-support area of the community will feature both studio and one-bedroom suites designed to provide a safe environment with socialization and cognitive therapy programming.
The new community will be situated within the Verdae master-planned community in Greenville’s Hollingsworth Park neighborhood.
Construction is slated for completion in spring 2020.
