SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the sale of three skilled nursing facilities totaling 279 beds in northwest Illinois.
The seller is Sioux Falls-based nonprofit owner-operator The Evangelical Lutheran Good Samaritan Society. The three properties are all located near the Iowa border, but specific names and locations were not disclosed.
The buyer and price were not disclosed, but the new owner plans to transition operations to Allure Healthcare Services.
