WYNDMOOR, Pa. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 181-bed skilled nursing facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Wyndmoor.
A REIT sold the non-core asset to a third-party investor for an undisclosed price. Blueprint also negotiated the transfer of operations to an established regional player.
