Blueprint Negotiates Sale of 267-Unit Community Near Cincinnati

by Jeff Shaw

MASON, Ohio — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has arranged the sale of Cedar Village, a 267-unit continuing care retirement community in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason.

The nonprofit, faith-based Jewish Home of Cincinnati has operated the community since it opened in 1997. The community’s board of trustees sought a sale to invest in other programs for seniors in the area.

An Indiana-based, nonprofit company acquired the community for an undisclosed price. The new owner contracted with CarDon & Associates to provide day-to-day management and operations of the campus.

Jacob Gehl, Connor Doherty and Giancarlo Riso of Blueprint handled the transaction.
