INMAN, S.C. — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has brokered the sale of two skilled nursing facilities in Inman, approximately 10 miles northwest of Spartanburg.
The seller was a New York-based owner looking to divest some non-core assets. The buyer was an Illinois-based real estate investor with a new operating platform in the Southeast. The price was not disclosed.
Christopher Hyldahl, Gideon Orion and Trent Gherardini led the transaction for Blueprint.
