CHICAGO — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors, a Chicago-based brokerage firm, has promoted Steve Thomes to senior managing director and head of business development.
Thomes joined Blueprint shortly after inception and has been responsible for establishing and managing client relationships primarily on the East Coast. He has nearly 15 years’ experience in the seniors housing and healthcare industry. He will now manage the firm’s national sales force that has closed over 50 transactions valued at more than $1 billion so far in 2019.
In addition to Thomes’ promotion, Blueprint announced a few other internal changes. Ryan Chase is now senior managing director and head of market strategy. In this role, Chase continues to develop Blueprint’s analysis tools, while working to optimize the transactional platform.
Meanwhile, co-founders Ben Firestone, Christopher Hyldahl and Jacob Gehl are now executive managing directors, a position that allows each to continue business development and oversight of strategic direction.
