BEDFORD, Texas — Caddis, a healthcare real estate developer based in Dallas, has announced plans for Heartis MidCities, a 178-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Fort Worth suburb of Bedford.
Caddis already completed three Heartis-branded communities in the Dallas area in the last 12 months. Heartis MidCities will be the company’s fifth community in the metroplex and 12th in Texas.
Frontier Management, an operator based in Oregon, will manage the community once completed. Austin-based architect Katus LLC designed the community, which Cameron-based contractor EBCO is building.
Caddis expects to complete construction of the 178,530-square-foot community in late 2017.
