EAST NORTHPORT, N.Y. — Cambridge Realty Capital Cos. has arranged $10.4 million in HUD financing for Birchwood Suites, a seniors housing community in East Northport, a hamlet on Long Island.
The community features 92 beds of independent living, assisted living and memory care. The loan will refinance existing debt.
Jeffrey Davis arranged the fully amortizing, 26-year loan for the property owner, a New York-based LLC. Cambridge Realty Capital Ltd. underwrote the transaction.
