AMERICAN FORK, Utah — Capital Funding LLC has provided $14.7 million in financing for Stonehenge of American Fork, a 119-bed skilled nursing facility in American Fork, approximately 30 miles south of Salt Lake City.
The transaction allowed the owner, Stonehenge of Utah, to refinance existing debt and buy out minority partners in the facility. The deal was structured as a bridge-to-HUD refinance, with the goal of pursuing permanent HUD financing in the near future.
