DALLAS — Capital Senior Living Corp. (NYSE: CSU), a Dallas-based operator, has appointed Paul Isaac and Ross Levin of Arbiter Partners Capital Management to the company’s board of directors. The two will collectively replace Keith Johannessen, the former president and COO who passed away in December.
Arbiter and related parties are the largest shareholders of CSU stock, currently owning approximately 4.5 million shares representing just under 15 percent of the total shares outstanding.
Isaac is the founder and CEO of Arbiter and currently serves as a director of Irex Corp. Ross Levin is the director of research for Arbiter, currently serves as a director of Mood Media Corp. and is a former director of American Community Properties Trust and Presidential Life Corp.
