HIGHLAND PARK, Ill. — Capitol Seniors Housing has begun construction of Atria Highland Park, an assisted living and memory care community in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park.
Atria Senior Living will operate the $30 million, three-story, 72,000-square-foot community. The community will offer 22 memory care suites and 64 assisted living apartments.
Mosely Architects provided architectural design services, and StudioSix5 handled interior designs. The 1.8-acre project is scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2020.
