LAUREL and MORRIS PLAINS, N.J. — Capitol Seniors Housing (CSH), a senior living investment and development firm based in Washington, D.C., has completed construction of Arbor Terrace Morris Plains, an 82-unit assisted living and memory care community in Morris Plains. In addition, the company announced plans for two new communities in Shrewsbury and Mt. Laurel.

PHOENIX — A joint venture between Bruckal Developments and Ridgeline Properties has purchased a former Country Inn & Suites in Phoenix for $8.3 million. The buyers plan to convert the property into an assisted living and memory care community.

LADY LAKE, Fla. — Forum Architecture & Interior Design has completed design work for Village Veranda at Lady Lake, an assisted living community in Lady Lake, approximately 50 miles northwest of Orlando.

CLEMSON, S.C. — Dominion Senior Living has announced plans for its second seniors housing community in South Carolina, a 66-unit assisted living and memory care property in Clemson.

MASON, Ohio — Senior Lifestyle Corp. has announced plans for The Sheridan at Mason, a 101-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Cincinnati suburb of Mason.
