CARY, N.C. — HHHunt has opened Spring Arbor of Cary, an 80-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Raleigh suburb of Cary.
Units at the 72,087-square-foot community are split evenly between assisted living and memory care.
Development costs were $24 million. The property is HHHunt’s 13th senior living community in North Carolina, and its 22nd overall including its properties in Virginia and Maryland.
