AUSTIN, Texas — Spectrum Retirement Communities has opened the doors on Lake Travis Independent Living, a 140-unit independent living community in Austin.
The 148,000-square-foot community is located in the Lakeway Regional Medical Center complex directly north of Lake Travis High School.
Lake Travis Independent Living is the first of three senior living communities in the area to be developed by Spectrum Retirement Communities, a Denver-based developer, owner and operator. The other two properties are The Enclave at Round Rock Senior Living and The Enclave at Cedar Park Senior Living, both scheduled to open in mid- to late 2018.
