CULPEPER, Va. — LifeSpire of Virginia has scheduled a May 10 grand opening for expansion of The Cupeper, a seniors housing community in Culpeper, approximately 65 miles southwest of Washington, D.C.

SPRINGFIELD, Va. — Erickson Living has opened Dogwood Commons, an assisted living and memory care expansion of the company’s Greenspring community in Springfield.

PHOENIX — Owner-Operator Life Care Services (an LCS Company) and general contractor The Weitz Company have started construction of a four-story independent living expansion at Sagewood, a continuing care retirement community in Phoenix. 

PHOENIX — Church of the Beatitudes has broken ground on a patio home expansion at Beatitudes Campus, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Phoenix.
