SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. — HJ Sims has arranged a $19 million refunding loan and $5 million non-revolving line of credit for Westminster Village, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Scottsdale.

AUSTIN, Texas — Ziegler has arranged $94.7 million in bond financing for Longhorn Village, a 310-unit continuing care retirement community in Austin.

PHOENIX — Ziegler has closed $70.2 million in bond financing for The Beatitudes Campus, a nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in north central Phoenix.

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Ziegler has arranged $42.5 million in bond financing for Beacon Hill at Eastgate, a 302-unit nonprofit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Grand Rapids.

SEATTLE — Ziegler has closed $75 million in bond financing for Horizon House, a 482-unit continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in downtown Seattle.

TUCSON, Ariz. — CBRE has arranged $75.4 million in supplemental financing for a seven-property portfolio of continuing care retirement communities owned by a joint venture that includes The Freshwater Group and Watermark Retirement Communities.
