Greystone Plans $124.2M Expansion at Friendsview CCRC in Newberg, Oregon

NEWBERG, Ore. — Greystone plans to break ground July 8 on an expansion project at Friendsview, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in the Portland suburb of Newberg. Yamhill County Hospital Authority issued $124.2 million in bond financing, underwritten by Ziegler, for the project. The community was founded in 1961 and boasts affordable CCRC living, with average monthly fees of $2,500. Phoenix Senior Living Completes Renovations at The Retreat at Conyers in Georgia

CONYERS, Ga. — Phoenix Senior Living has completed the $1.63 million renovation of The Retreat at Conyers in Conyers, a suburb of Atlanta. Sayer Construction and 828 Interior Design Studio lead the eight-month construction project, which adds amenities such as indoor and outdoor dining options; a game room with shuffleboard and pool table; enhanced creative space for arts and crafts; and an intergenerational outdoor play area. The community features 78 independent living apartments, 30 personal care and 30 memory care apartments.

HEALDSBURG, Calif. — Ziegler has arranged $297 million in bond financing for the development of Ensō Village, a continuing care retirement community in the Sonoma County city of Healdsburg.
