LOS ANGELES — South Bay Partners Inc., through a joint venture with LAMB Properties LLC, has acquired two parcels totaling 2.7 acres in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles. Plans call for an eight-story midrise seniors housing community on the property.

GLEN MILLS, Pa. — LCB Senior Living has broken ground on The Residence at Chadds Ford, an independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Glen Mills, located west of Philadelphia and north of Wilmington, Del.

GREER, S.C. — The City of Greer has issued the final approval needed for development of a 135-unit seniors housing community in the city, located midway between Greenville and Spartanburg.

GRIFFIN, Ga. — Pennrose and the Griffin Housing Authority have opened Terraces at the Park, a 68-unit affordable seniors housing community in Griffin, approximately 40 miles south of Atlanta.
