PITTSBURGH — The Community Builders Inc. (TCB), a nonprofit developer of mixed-income housing, has opened Hillcrest Residences, a 66-unit seniors housing community in Pittsburgh’s Carrick neighborhood.

RALEIGH, N.C., and GILBERT, Ariz. — Greystone has arranged $50 million in financing for the construction of two seniors housing communities. The borrower was Fort Worth, Texas-based developer Aspens Senior Living.

LOS ANGELES — Front Porch and Brookmore Apartment Corp. have acquired Vista Tower Apartments, a 230-unit affordable seniors housing community in Los Angeles, with plans to rehabilitate the property.

ST. LOUIS — The Gatesworth, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in St. Louis, has opened the doors on McKnight Place Assisted Living, the first phase of a $32 million expansion at the property.
