CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — The Woda Group Inc. has started renovations at the former Everts Middle School in Circleville, approximately 30 miles south of Columbus. The project will convert the school into 49 apartment units for “independent seniors on fixed incomes.”

LAKE WORTH, Fla. — Big Rock Partners has opened a welcome center and begun pre-leasing for Atria at Villages of Windsor, a $105 million independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Palm Beach-area city of Lake Worth.

SANTA ROSA, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated Anvil Development’s acquisition of four acres in Santa Rosa, just north of San Francisco, for $1.5 million. The developer plans to build a 59-bed skilled nursing facility on the property.

SUWANEE, Ga. — Caddis, a Dallas-based healthcare real estate developer, plans to soon break ground on Heartis Suwanee, a 175-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Atlanta suburb of Suwanee. Construction is already underway on a similar community in nearby Fayetteville.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Titan Senior Living, a San Antonio-based developer, has broken ground on Élan: A Senior Lifestyle, a 109-unit assisted living and memory care community in Corpus Christi.
