SANTA ROSA, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has negotiated Anvil Development’s acquisition of four acres in Santa Rosa, just north of San Francisco, for $1.5 million. The developer plans to build a 59-bed skilled nursing facility on the property.

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. — Wendover Housing Partners has opened Kenwood Place, a 112-unit affordable seniors housing community in Tallahassee.

SUWANEE, Ga. — Caddis, a Dallas-based healthcare real estate developer, plans to soon break ground on Heartis Suwanee, a 175-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Atlanta suburb of Suwanee. Construction is already underway on a similar community in nearby Fayetteville.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas — Titan Senior Living, a San Antonio-based developer, has broken ground on Élan: A Senior Lifestyle, a 109-unit assisted living and memory care community in Corpus Christi.

SARASOTA, BRANDON and WESTCHASE, Fla. — Autumn Senior Living LLC has broken ground on three new assisted living and memory care communities, located in the Tampa suburbs of Sarasota, Brandon and Westchase.

ANAHEIM, Calif. — Kisco Senior Living has started the $22.5 million expansion and renovation of Emerald Court, a 194-unit independent living and assisted living community in Anaheim.
