AZLE, Texas — Civitas Senior Living has unveiled plans for Legacy Oaks at Azle, a 200-unit independent living and assisted living community in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Azle.

BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Jewish Senior Services, a nonprofit seniors housing community in Bridgeport, has opened the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus, a $78 million expansion of the community.

STUART, Fla., and LONE TREE, Colo. — Prescient, a design, engineering, manufacturing and installation firm serving the construction industry, has provided services for seniors housing projects in Stuart and Lone Tree. The two communities represent Prescient’s entry into the senior living market.
