BRIDGEPORT, Conn. — Jewish Senior Services, a nonprofit seniors housing community in Bridgeport, has opened the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Campus, a $78 million expansion of the community.

STUART, Fla., and LONE TREE, Colo. — Prescient, a design, engineering, manufacturing and installation firm serving the construction industry, has provided services for seniors housing projects in Stuart and Lone Tree. The two communities represent Prescient’s entry into the senior living market.

PORT RICHEY, Fla. — Summit Contracting Group Inc. has been awarded a contract to build Abigail Court, an $8.9 million affordable seniors housing community in the Tampa suburb of Port Richey.
