WHITESTOWN, Ind. — The Whitestown Town Council has given final approval for Spectrum Retirement to construct Anson Senior Living, a 174-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Indianapolis suburb of Whitestown.

OVERLAND PARK, Kan. — Senior Lifestyle Corp. and CA Senior Living have unveiled plans for The Sheridan at Overland Park, a 116-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park.

STERLING HEIGHTS, Mich. — Moceri Cos., a homebuilder based in metro Detroit, plans to develop a $300 million, master-planned community for seniors in Sterling Heights. Situated adjacent to the 27-hole Maple Lane golf course, the 807-unit development, known as Verandas, will feature a mix of townhouses, condominiums and apartments targeting adults age 55 and above.

ALGONQUIN, Ill. — Ryan Cos. US Inc. has completed construction of Clarendale of Algonquin, a $40 million, 186-unit senior living community in Algonquin, approximately 45 miles northwest of Chicago.

SUGAR LAND, Texas — Greystar has started pre-leasing at Overture Sugar Land, a 200-unit, age-restricted community in the Houston suburb of Sugar Land.

CONWAY, Ark. — Abby Development has purchased 14 acres in Conway, approximately 20 miles north of Little Rock, with plans to develop Arabella of Conway, a 94-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community.

LEE’S SUMMIT, Mo. — Parrot Properties, in partnership with Block & Co., has planned the $225 million Village at View High development in Lee’s Summit.

WALNUT CREEK, Calif. — Northern California Presbyterian Homes and Services is developing Viamonte, a 200-unit seniors housing community in the San Francisco Bay Area city of Walnut Creek.
