WEST HARTFORD, Conn. — Brookdale Senior Living, the largest owner and operator of seniors housing in the United States, has announced plans to add 84 units of assisted living and memory care to its Brookdale Chatfield property in West Hartford.

AUGUSTA, Ga. — CR Properties LLC has released plans to build a 104-unit seniors housing community in Augusta, in eastern Georgia along the South Carolina border. Development costs were estimated at $18 million.

GLEN COVE, N.Y. — Pillar has provided a $32.5 million HUD loan for the rehabilitation of The Regency at Glen Cove, an assisted living community and memory care on Long Island. At the end of the project, the community will have 132 units.

LITTLE CANADA, Minn. — Grandbridge Real Estate Capital has closed a $17.9 million loan for the construction of Cardigan Ridge, a 120-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in the Twin Cities suburb of Little Canada.

FORT COLLINS, Colo. — Real Estate Equities Development has announced its plans to build Village Cooperative of Fort Collins, an age-restricted community in Fort Collins, approximately 65 miles north of Denver.

SHAWNEE, Kan. — Real Estate Equities Development, a Minnesota-based development and management firm, has opened Village Cooperative of Shawnee, a 53-unit community for seniors in the Kansas City suburb of Shawnee.
