FARMINGTON and HOWELL, Mich. — Capital Finance LLC, a subsidiary of Baltimore-based Capital Funding Group (CFG), has arranged a $7 million working capital line of credit for the operator of Farmington Health Care Center in Farmington and Howell Care Center in Howell.
BUTLER, Pa. — RED Mortgage Capital, the mortgage banking arm of RED Capital Group, has closed an FHA 232/223(f) loan for the refinancing of Sunnyview Nursing and Rehab Center, a 220-bed skilled nursing facility in Butler, approximately 35 miles north of Pittsburgh.

HATBORO, Pa. — Capital Funding Group (CFG), a Baltimore-based lender, has arranged a $13.4 million bridge-to-HUD loan and a $1.5 million working capital loan for Luther Woods Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a 140-bed skilled nursing facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Hatboro.
