BETHESDA, MD. — Walker & Dunlop Inc. (NYSE: WD) has closed a $1.3 billion refinancing for Holiday Retirement, by far the largest financing transaction in the lender’s history.

CLARKSTON, Wash. — Lancaster Pollard has closed a $4.5 million refinancing for Evergreen Estates Retirement & Assisted Living Community, a seniors housing community located in Clarkston along the southeast border of Washington State.

BALTIMORE — Capital Funding Group (CFG), a Baltimore-based lender, has closed three bridge-to-HUD loans for seven seniors housing communities in Texas, New York and North Carolina totaling $40.6 million.

HUNTINGTON and SAYVILLE, N.Y. — CBRE National Senior Housing has arranged a $62.8 million loan for The Bristal at East Northport and The Bristal at Sayville, two communities in the Long Island towns of Huntington and Sayville, respectively.

HOOVER, Ala. — Preston Hollow Capital, a specialty finance company, has provided $14 million in bond financing for the acquisition and renovation of the Riverchase Village Senior Living Community in Hoover, a suburb of Birmingham.
