JACKSONVILLE BEACH, Fla. — Continuum Advisors has brokered the sale of Beach House Senior Living, an assisted living and memory care community located on a barrier island in Jacksonville Beach, roughly 20 miles east of Jacksonville.  Built in 2014, the property totals 84 units, with 64 assisted living and 20 memory care units.  An institutional joint-venture ownership group was the buyer. An entity doing business as Auerbach Opportunity Fund IV LP is the majority stakeholder of the buyer group.

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. — NEI General Contracting has completed the construction of a new senior living community located in Winter Garden.  Dubbed Mission Grove at Stoneybrook, the property totals 166 units, with independent living and assisted living apartments and a dedicated memory care space. Amenities at the community include a swimming pool, pickleball courts, fireside lounges and a grab-and-go café.  NEI acted as the general contractor on behalf of the developer, Leo Brown Group.

VENICE, Florida — Berkadia has arranged the sale and financing of Heartis Venice, a senior living community located in Venice. PALM COAST, Fla. — Continuum Advisors has arranged the sale of Tuscan Gardens of Palm Coast, an assisted living and memory care community located in Palm Coast.  Totaling 130 units, the property features 86 assisted living and 22 memory care units, as well as 22 “enhanced assisted living” residences.  The community was sold in receivership, with William King acting in the role of receiver.
