The development offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes specifically built for seniors and will offer modern conveniences such as electric vehicle charging stations. The development was made possible through multiple financial and other partners, including Red Stone Equity Partners and Legacy Bank & Trust Co. NORMAN, Okla. — Sparrow Partners will break ground this week on the first active adult community in Norman, the 168-unit Sage Cobblestone. The community will be adjacent to the Cobblestone Creek Golf Course and 2.5 miles from the University of Oklahoma. OKLAHOMA — Carnegie Capital has arranged $11.5 million in refinancing for three skilled nursing facilities totaling 330 licensed beds in Southern-Central Oklahoma. The borrower is a local owner-operator, and the lender is an Arkansas-based regional bank. JD Stettin of Carnegie Capital arranged the financing, which features a 3.99 percent fixed rate for five years.
