ENID, Okla. — Gardner Capital has completed construction on Tennyson Manor in Enid, approximately 80 miles north of Oklahoma City. The development offers one- and two-bedroom apartment homes specifically built for seniors and will offer modern conveniences such as electric vehicle charging stations. The development was made possible through multiple financial and other partners, including Red Stone Equity Partners and Legacy Bank & Trust Co. Seldin Companies is the on-site property manager at Tennyson Manor and is current accepting applications.

Sparrow Partners to Break Ground on Sage Cobblestone Active Adult Community in Norman, Oklahoma

NORMAN, Okla. — Sparrow Partners will break ground this week on the first active adult community in Norman, the 168-unit Sage Cobblestone. The community will be adjacent to the Cobblestone Creek Golf Course and 2.5 miles from the University of Oklahoma. The first residents are scheduled to move in to the six-acre property in the spring of 2022. Carnegie Capital Arranges $11.5M Refinancing for Three-Property Skilled Nursing Portfolio in Oklahoma

OKLAHOMA — Carnegie Capital has arranged $11.5 million in refinancing for three skilled nursing facilities totaling 330 licensed beds in Southern-Central Oklahoma. The borrower is a local owner-operator, and the lender is an Arkansas-based regional bank. JD Stettin of Carnegie Capital arranged the financing, which features a 3.99 percent fixed rate for five years.

OKLAHOMA CITY — Diakonos Group LLC has started construction of Parc Place Medical Resort, a post-acute rehabilitation facility in Oklahoma City. Located on an 8.3-acre site, the 349,892-square-foot asset will offer 75 private rooms. The facility will focus on short-stay rehabilitation.
