LCS promotes Greg Williams to Senior Director of Operations Management

DES MOINES, Iowa — LCS, a Des Moines-based owner-operator, has promoted industry veteran Greg Williams to the role of senior director of operations management. In his new role, Williams will join the Life Care Services leadership team and will oversee multi-state operations for the company. Williams’ career with Life Care Services spans more than 24 years, serving in a variety of roles including health center administrator, executive director and director of operations management. Williams holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Earlham College.

Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Equity, Construction Debt for $70M Avenida Folsom Project in California

FOLSOM, Calif. — Cushman & Wakefield has arranged $70 million in a joint venture equity and construction financing for Avenida Folsom in the Sacramento suburb of Folsom. Avenida Partners is leading the development of the active adult community. Blue Mountain Enterprises provided general partner equity, and Argosy Real Estate Partners provided limited partner equity. Comerica Bank provided the construction loan. The property will rise four stories and feature 154 units in an affluent neighborhood in Folsom. Blueprint Arranges Sale of Four Skilled Nursing Facilities in Texas for $28M

WACO, HOUSTON and FORT WORTH, Texas — Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors has negotiated the sale of four skilled nursing facilities totaling 704 licensed beds in Waco, Houston and Fort Worth. Blueprint marketed the properties on behalf of a court-appointed receiver. The assets were all built in the 1960s. A national owner acquired the properties for $28 million, and plans to lease the facilities out to multiple operators.

Ziegler Arranges $197.7M Bond Financing for The Outlook at Windhaven in Plano, Texas

PLANO, Texas — Ziegler has arranged $197.7 million in bond financing for the Outlook at Windhaven Forefront Living, a seniors housing community in Plano. The property is currently in the development process. Designs call for 153 independent living apartments, 30 independent living cottages, 32 assisted living units and 24 memory care units. The proceeds will be used to refinance the cost of acquiring, developing and constructing the retirement community.
