Cushman & Wakefield Arranges $17.5M Construction Financing for Community Near Charlotte

ROCK HILL, S.C. — Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Housing Capital Markets team has arranged $17.5 million in financing for the construction of HarborChase of Riverwalk, an 88-unit assisted living and memory care community in the Charlotte suburb of Rock Hill.
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — Solvere Living, the operations division of St. Petersburg-based Solutions Advisors Group, has been contracted to operate six additional seniors housing communities, bringing its operational portfolio up to 17 properties in Florida, New York, New Jersey, Texas, Maryland, Virginia, Michigan and Oklahoma.
NEW YORK CITY and LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Related Cos., a privately owned, New York-based real estate firm, has entered into a joint venture with Atria Senior Living, a Louisville-based operator of more than 21,000 units of seniors housing. The companies plan to develop more than $3 billion of new seniors housing communities together over the next five years.
