AUSTIN, Texas — CBRE has arranged an undisclosed amount of financing for Bridgewood Property Co. and Harrison Real Estate Capital. The borrowers will use the loan to refinance debt on Village on the Park Onion Creek, a 123-unit independent living and assisted living community in South Austin.
COAL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Lancaster Pollard has arranged a $16.8 million HUD-insured refinancing for Mountain View, a seniors housing community in the Central Pennsylvania town of Coal Township. The 271-bed skilled nursing facility also features eight independent living units.
CHARLESTON, S.C., and CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Frampton Construction Co., a regional full-service construction firm serving several industries throughout the Carolinas, including seniors housing, has added three new team members. The company hired David Urban and Rick Corley as superintendents and Alex Seglem as project manager.
