Monticello Provides $9.5M Loan for Acquisition of 175-Bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Nebraska

NEW YORK CITY — Monticello Asset Management LLC, a New York-based investment advisor, has provided $9.5 million in financing to Omaha Property Holdings and AHMO LLC. The borrowers will use the money to purchase a 175-bed skilled nursing facility in Nebraska.
State of Vermont Awards $525,000 Grant to Build 39-Unit Affordable Community in South Burlington

SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. — The State of Vermont has awarded a $525,000 grant to Cathedral Square Corp. The nonprofit developer, along with Snyder Braverman Development Co. and People’s United Bank, will use the capital to help fund construction of City Center Senior Housing, a 39-unit affordable seniors housing community in South Burlington.
