TOLEDO, Ohio — Welltower Inc. (NYSE: HCN) has promoted Mercedes Kerr to the position of executive vice president of business development and Matthew McQueen to the positions of senior vice president of general counsel and corporate secretary.

COLUMBUS, Ohio — Columbus-based financial services company Lancaster Pollard has hired Doug Harper and Casey Moore as managing directors of agency finance, and Joe Munhall as director of syndicated credit. All three hires come from Berkeley Point Capital where they served in similar capacities.

WICHITA, Kan. — Legend Senior Living has hired Jason Freewalt as the company’s new vice president of operations. He will oversee the day-to-day operations of Legend’s nearly 20 locations in Colorado, Kansas and Oklahoma.
