AUSTIN, Texas — Austin-based developer W2 Real Estate Partners and its joint venture senior housing partner Bridgewood Property Co. have revealed plans for The Village at the Triangle, a 206-unit seniors housing community within the Triangle mixed-use development in Austin.
CHICAGO — Ventas Inc. (NYSE: VTR) has elected Walter Rakowich, retired CEO of Prologis, and Roxanne Martino, CEO of Aurora Investment Management, to its Board of Directors. Rakowich will serve on the company’s Audit and Compliance Committee and Martino will serve on its Executive Compensation Committee.

CARMEL, Ind. — Mainstreet Health Investments Inc. (TSXV: HLP.U) has completed its public offering of 9.5 million shares of stock, generating $95 million in gross proceeds. The company, formerly known as Kingsway Arms Retirement Residences, changed names when Carmel-based skilled nursing developer Mainstreet purchased the company in April.
