TAMPA, Fla. — Rookis Investment Partners and Gulf Coastal Development have announced plans to add 139 independent living apartments to Arbor Terrace at Citrus Park, an assisted living and memory care community in Tampa.

The Arbor Company operates the community. The developers expect to open an information center in early 2017, and complete the project in December of that year.

The new independent living units will include one- and two-bedroom options randing from 610 to 1,095 square feet.

Tampa-based Chancey Design Partnership, which designed Arbor Terrace of Citrus Park, is also handling the architecture and design of the new independent living community.
