Healthcare Transactions Group Arranges Sale of Two Skilled Nursing Facilities in New York

AMSTERDAM and CASTLETON-ON-HUDSON, N.Y. — Healthcare Transactions Group Inc. has arranged the sale of Capstone Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility in Amsterdam, and Riverside Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, an 80-bed skilled nursing facility in Castleton-on-Hudson. The sale prices were not disclosed.
IRVING, Texas — Seniors housing developer The LaSalle Group Inc. has promoted David Starr to the position of senior vice president and general counsel. He most recently served as the company’s vice president and general counsel. The company concurrently named three new vice presidents — Marika Johnson, vice president of operations and senior living; Daphne Bernstein, vice president of sales; and Lynette Choplin, vice president – health and wellness.
LAKE CHARLES, La. — Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a commercial real estate investment services firm, has arranged the sale of The Gardens and The Guardian, a 108-bed seniors housing community located in Lake Charles in southwestern Louisiana, for $9.6 million.
HAMILTON, N.J. — Princeton-based seniors housing operator Solvere Senior Living has announced plans to co-develop and operate Homestead at Hamilton, a 195-unit independent living, assisted living and memory care community in Hamilton, located between New York City and Philadelphia.
