(NYSE: BKD) has announced that Mark Ohlendorf, the company’s president and chief financial officer, will transition from his current dual roles to focus fully on his role as president. The company also announced that Gregory Richard, the company’s chief operating officer, will step down effective Sept. 30.
MATTHEWS, N.C. — Erickson Living, a developer and manager of continuing care retirement communities (CCRCs), has started construction on the sales center at Windsor Run CCRC in Matthews. The building is the first to be constructed for the CCRC currently under development, and is expected to open in late 2015.
