HUNT VALLEY, Md. — Omega Healthcare Investors Inc. (NYSE:OHI) has priced a private offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 4.50 percent senior notes due 2027 at 98.546 percent of face value. The offering is expected to close on March 18, subject to customary closing conditions.

BETHESDA, Md. — Berkeley Point Capital has closed a $24.2 million Freddie Mac 7-year fixed rate term loan with an interest-only period for ROC Seniors Housing Fund Manager LLC, a subsidiary of Bridge Investment Group Partners LLC. The loan facilitated ROC’s purchase of Courtyard at Jamestown, a 132-unit assisted living and dementia care seniors housing community located in Provo, Utah that opened in 1999.
